  • Scalp Micropigmentation(SMP), also known as a hair tattoo, is a non-surgical treatment designed to create the appearance of thicker hair or fully shaved hair. The pigment used for SMP is formulated to match your natural hair follicles and is placed with a micro needle for seamless results.

  • SMP can help a variety types of hair loss:

    ✴︎ Creating a natural looking, high density scalp amongst existing hair

    ✴︎ Camouflaging scars, particularly ones left from hair transplants

    ✴︎ Filling in space alongside a wide hair part to make it narrower.

  • Prices are based off the treatment type (bald with hairline recreation / or density on long hair) and the extent of your hair loss, so it varies for each individual.

  • Each SMP treatment is done over 3+ sessions. This is to ensure we gradually build up and blend the tattoo, adjust the density and ink colour to create the most natural results. Sessions generally run between 2-4 hours depending on the area we need to cover. The final session requires a longer procedure time as it involves extensive detail and balance work compared to the previous sessions.

  • ✹ Perm, dyeing of the hair and MTS should be avoided a week before and after the procedure.

    ✹ All treatments for hair loss (ex. Minoxidil), using hair ampules, and scalp scrubs should be avoided 3 days before and after the procedure.

    ✹ Products such as colour spray or hair-building fibres should be avoided 2 days before and after the procedure.

    ✹ Please wash your hair thoroughly on the day of the procedure and avoid using any styling products.

    ✹ Excessive drinking and lack of sleep the previous day can affect the pain level during the procedure.

    ✹ Avoid touching the area of treatment and alcohol consumption on the day of the procedure.
